Tiger-Marble


Outstanding example of a contemporary handpainted Tiger-Marble. Excellent detail to the figure. No air bubbles. Well centered. A beauty. Opaque, lightly pink base. Red hair on top covers about twenty percent of the surface. Extremely rare hair color! Almost impossible to find. Yellow and brown stretched flecks around the mouth (placed closely together). Some Mica on the nose. Super looking marble! Surface is in great shape. Pontils left and right are still intact and hear well. This is a definite example! Germany (Bremen), exactly Aug 19, 1994. 5 7/8" and still growing. Mint (10.0). Estimate: Too rare to value.
